At present, we have a vacancy for Mail Order Sales for the 2013 Festival onwards.. Responsibilities include:

• Check with ticket outlets that they are willing to sell tickets.
• Pick up the tickets from the ticket office and distribute them to the pubs before 16th January. Keep records of who got which ticket numbers.
• Respond to ticket requests by post. Keep records of who got which tickets. Produce spreadsheet.
• Reply to requests if information is missing, or wrong money has been sent etc.
• Bank the cheques that arrive weekly
• Contact ticket outlets weekly/fortnightly to find out availability of tickets and inform the webmaster about the numbers
• Collect tickets from all outlets between 4-7th March.
• Produce final accounts
